Roasted Pecan Clusters

- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. pecan pieces
- 3/4 lb. (6 sq.) chocolate or almond bark (I prefer almond bark)
Directions

1Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.

2Spread pecans evenly in the pan.

3Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

4Melt bark squares in top of a double boiler or the microwave.

5Remove from heat and stir until smooth.

6Cool 2 minutes.

7Add pecans and stir until well coated.

8Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper.

9Cool completely.

10Yields 3 1/2 dozen.
