- 1/2 c. salt
- 4 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix water and salt.

2Add pecans; soak for 2 hours.

3Stir often. Take pecans out of water.

4Pat dry on paper towel.

5Put in pan well-greased with butter.

6Cook at 250° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
