- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- 4 c. shelled pecan halves
Directions

1Melt oil and butter on large broiler tray or cookie sheet with sides to prevent oil and butter from running off.

2Sprinkle with salt.

3In single thickness, spread pecans over tray and stir to coat them with the mixture in the tray.

4Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring frequently.

5If necessary, more salt may be added to taste.
