- 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

1Melt margarine in shallow baking dish.

2Stir in pecans to coat with margarine.

3Roast in oven at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

4Taste test after 20 to 25 minutes. Roast to the toastiness that you desire.

5When done, drain on paper towels.
