- 4 large sweet tomatoes
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tsp. salt (level)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- pinch of garlic salt
- pinch of onion powder
- parsley and basil, chopped finely
Directions

1Wash and dry tomatoes.

2Cut in halves and scoop out seeds. Lay tomatoes in shallow pan, coated with Mazola oil.

3Crumble bread in bowl.

4Add parsley, basil, remaining oil, garlic salt, onion powder, salt and pepper.

5Mix very lightly.

6Place ingredients on each half tomato.

7Bake in 375° oven 25 to 30 minutes.
