- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 to 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Place vegetables in Corning dish with cover.

2Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and small amount of salt and pepper.

3Pour oil over vegetables and toss until all the vegetables are covered.

4Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
