  • 1 teaspoon mccormick perfect pinch italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Fennel Seed
  • 1 green bell pepper small, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion small, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 yellow squash small, sliced
  • 1 zucchini small, sliced
  • 1 cup asparagus pieces
  • 1 cup red potato chunks
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix seasonings in small bowl. Toss vegetables and oil in large bowl. Add seasonings; toss to coat well.

    Spread vegetables in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
