- 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 c. cauliflower florets
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 2 c. (4 medium) carrots, cut into strips
- 2 small onions, quartered
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2In 13 x 9-inch pan melt butter in oven (5 to 6 minutes).

3Stir in thyme, pepper and garlic powder.

4Add the rest of the ingredients; toss to coat.

5Cover with foil and bake 22 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
