  • 5 bell peppers, chopped
  • 5 onions, chopped
  • 15 jalapenos, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 small cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large brisket, fat removed
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Rub brisket with olive oil and season with black pepper, red pepper and garlic powder.

    Place 1 cup oil in large, heavy pan with lid.

    Heat on medium heat until hot.

    Brown brisket on both sides for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat.
