- 5 bell peppers, chopped
- 5 onions, chopped
- 15 jalapenos, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 large brisket, fat removed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. flour
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Directions

1Rub brisket with olive oil and season with black pepper, red pepper and garlic powder.

2Place 1 cup oil in large, heavy pan with lid.

3Heat on medium heat until hot.

4Brown brisket on both sides for 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat.
