  • 5 lb. 70% lean pork (ground 1 time)
  • 1 1/2 oz. salt
  • 1/4 oz. sage
  • 1/4 oz. black pepper or pepper to taste

    Add one cup water and mix well. You can make sausage patties or stuff in sheep casing.
