Ingredients

  • 1 large sack dry white beans
  • 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • pinch of powdered ginger
  • 2 small cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lb. bacon, cut-up

    Boil beans 2 hours using plenty of water.

    Drain most all water.

    Add rest ingredients.

    Bake at 325° for at least 4 hours or use crock-pot.
