Robin's Devilled Eggs

- 1 dozen Eggs
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp English Mustard
- 24 dash Paprika
Directions

1Hardboil eggs and let cool before removing shell.

2I tend to hardboil a few extra since some crack or end up splitting when removing the shell.

3Cut all eggs in half vertically so that both halves are even.

4Place all yolks in a bowl and place egg whites in a devilled egg holder.

5Using a fork, smash all yolks until fine crumbles.

6Add mayonnaise, English mustard, salt & pepper to yolks and continue smashing and whipping with fork until smooth.

7Add yolk mixture to a piping bag or just using a teaspoon, fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.

8Sprinkle each egg with a dash of paprika.

9Chill and serve.
