- 500 grams Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 1 can Beans (black and/or pinto)
- 1 can Tomato Chunks
- 1 cup Corn
- 2 cup Shredded Cheese (Mexican and/or cheddar)
- 5 Tortillas
- 1 dash Olive Oil
Directions

1Saute onions in olive oil in a large frying pan until soft.

2Add thawed ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.

3Strain grease if needed.

4Add can of beans, tomato chunks, and corn to the pan.

5I used beans in spicy sauce.

6Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to incorporate flavours.

7Coat a large round baking dish with oil or non-stick spray.

8Place a tortilla on the bottom and evenly add some of the mixture onto the top of the tortilla.

9Add some cheese and place the next tortilla on top.

10Continue to layer this, using all of the filling and tortillas.

11Place the remaining cheese on top of the last tortilla.

12Bake this dish uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes.
