- crushed garlic
- 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 1 egg yolk
- olive oil
- fresh pepper
- romaine leaves
- 1 lemon
- ground Parmesan cheese
- crumbled bacon
Directions

1Rub inside of wooden bowl with crushed garlic. Add 4 drops Worcester sauce, 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp anchovy paste, 1 egg yolk.

2Whisk in olive oil until creamy.

3Add fresh pepper.

4When ready to serve put romaine leaves...no stalks, in bowl.

5Squeeze 1 lemon over lettuce, add ground Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.

6Toss salad and serve.
