- 1 c. Darigold butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
- 3/4 c. crushed walnuts or almonds
- chocolate chips
Directions

1Have ready a good sized cookie sheet (non-stick).

2Have everything ready as this cooks fast.

3Grind walnuts to fine crumb stage.

4Boil first 4 ingredients to a hard ball stage.

5It will be a caramel color.

6Stir constantly.

7Test a drop or 2 of cooking mixture in cold water.

8When done, work fast.

9Pour out on cookie sheet and spread as far as you can.

10Sprinkle milk chocolate chips on and let melt.

11Top with nuts.

12Next day when hard, spread with more melted chips and nuts.

13Keeps well.
