  • 1 liter chocolate ice cream
  • 250 g mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 100 g Mars bars
  • 8 ice cream, cones

    Soften ice cream on bench for 15 minutes.

    Chop Mars Bars up into little bits.

    Transfer ice cream to a big bowl, beat till slushy.

    Mix in mini marshmallows, peanuts and Mars Bar bits.

    Cover with plastic wrap and re freeze till firm - about one hour.

    Scoop into cones.
