  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 25 g dark chocolate
  • 75 g brazil nuts
  • 75 g mini marshmallows

Directions

    Melt the chocolate in either a microwave or in a bowl that's suspended over a pan of simmering water.

    Roughly chop the brazil nuts, then mix everything together.

    Drop heaped teaspoons onto a lined baking sheet and leave to cool in a cold place, though not the fridge if at all possible cos the chocolate won't be so shiny.
