- 2/3 c. milk

1Mix ingredients until dough forms; beat 30 seconds.

2If after beating dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough Bisquick (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle.

3Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick.

4Roll in Bisquick to coat.

5Shape into ball; knead 10 minutes.

6Roll 1/2 thick.

7Cut with 2-inch cutter dipped in Bisquick.

8Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

9Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
