- 1 lb. ground chuck beef
- 1/4 c. rice
- 1 egg
- 1 medium size grated onion
- 2 tsp. grated green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Directions

1Mix ingredients into hamburger balls.

2Roll in cabbage leaves which have been blanched and pin together with toothpick.

3Line in Dutch oven.

4Then take can of tomato paste and can of tomato sauce, together with equal amount of water, and pour over cabbage rolls. Bake in 350° oven or on top of stove for 1 hour.
