- 3 large chicken cutlets (halved to make 6 pieces)
- 6 thin slices boiled ham
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in sticks
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1/3 c. white wine
- sliced almonds (if desired)
Directions

1Place chicken pieces on cutting board.

2Pound with mallet until 1/4-inch thick.

3Place ham slice and cheese stick on each cutlet.

4Tuck insides and roll up as for a jelly roll.

5Skewer with a toothpick.

6Roll in flour.

7Brown in skillet with butter. Remove to a baking dish.
