Rolled Chicken Breasts

  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar Armour dried beef
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon, partly cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Roll 2 slices dried beef in with chicken breasts.

    Wrap with slice of bacon.
  3. 3
    Mix soup and sour cream and spread over chicken. Cover and bake at 275° for 3 hours.

    Serve with Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice (original recipe).
