- 6 fryer breasts, cut in half
- salt and pepper
- 1 small jar dried beef
- 6 strips bacon, cut in half
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Debone and remove skin from chicken.

2Beat with tenderizing mallet and salt and pepper.

3Place 1 to 2 slices of dried beef in each half of breast and roll with beef inside.

4Wrap each chicken breast with strips of bacon and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole.

5Mix sour cream, chicken soup and mushroom soup.

6Pour over breasts.

7Bake for 4 hours on 250°.
