  • 6 to 8 large chicken thighs
  • 6 to 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • 8 oz. cooked spaghetti
  • your favorite spaghetti sauce, warmed

Directions

    Place chicken in kettle and cover with water.

    Bring to boil, then simmer until tender.

    Remove chicken from broth and bone.
