  • 1 cup (225 ml) flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml). pepper
  • chicken broth

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Stir in enough broth to make a stiff dough.

    Roll to 1/8 inch thickness.

    Cut into 2 inch squares.

    Place in boiling broth of the chicken.

    Cook, covered for 12 to 15 minutes.
