- 1 large round steak, boned and cubed
- meat tenderizer
- salt and pepper or seasoned salt
- 1 large onion, sliced or chopped
- 8 slices uncooked bacon
Directions

1Sprinkle tenderizer and seasonings on the meat.

2Lay bacon and onions on the steak.

3Roll steak jelly roll style and place skewers in several places to hold all together.

4Brown steak. Cover and bake at 325° until fork-tender.

5Thicken juices over meat, not all juice or as thick as gravy.

6Served best with baked potato.
