  • 2 pounds chuck or tenderized round steak
  • 1 envelope onion soup
  • 1 can mushrooms sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1 pound tomatoes drained and chopped, reserve juice
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon A1 steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

    Spread Reynolds Wrap with butter.

    Cut steak into serving portions.

    Arrange on foil and sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes, seasoning.

    Mix juice, sauce, and cornstarch.

    Pour over meat and vegetables.

    Roll portions and hold with toothpicks.

    Bake for 2 hours at 365 degrees.
