  • 1 c. Parkay margarine, softened (2 sticks)
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugar. Add 2 eggs and 1/4 cup milk. Mix with mixer. Add flour, powder, soda, salt and vanilla; mix well. Cover and chill overnight.

    Roll out on floured board approximately 3/4-inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350° for less than 10 minutes until lightly brown.
