- 1 box Pillsbury roll mix
- 1 pkg. dry yeast (included in box mix)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine roll mix, yeast, sugar and salt.

2Melt butter.

3Beat egg; add to hot water.

4Add to dry ingredients.

5Knead until soft; roll into a ball.

6Set aside in a warm place; cover with a tea towel.

7Let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

8Punch down; knead a little.

9Using hands, break and roll pieces of dough into small balls and place into round, greased cake pans.

10Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
