- 1 c. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. dry milk
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 7 lb. flour
- 1/4 gal. water
- 1/4 gal. water
Directions

1Mix yeast in 1/4 gallon of warm water.

2Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Add warm water, sugar, salt, dry milk and oil in mixer. Blend good.

4Add yeast mix.

5Then add flour and blend.

6When dough starts to pull from sides, it's ready to roll and cut.

7Let stand and rise then.

8Bake at 450° until brown.
