  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 7 c. plain flour

Directions

    Mix yeast and water, sugar, egg and salt.

    Then beat well.

    Add 1/2 cup flour, Crisco and then rest of flour.

    Knead well.

    Pour in greased pan and let rise.

    Punch down and refrigerate.
  7. 7
    Make rolls out and put on greased pan and let rise.
  8. 8
    Bake in preheated oven at 425°.
