- 2 cakes yeast
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients in big refrigerator bowl.

2Add 6 1/2 cups sifted flour or 6 cups unsifted flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover tightly and place in refrigerator overnight.

3Make into rolls about 1 1/2 hours before you plan to use them and let them rise. Cook at 400° until done.

4This dough will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
