- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 beaten eggs
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.

2Melt butter and heat liquid to 115°.

3Beat eggs and add, with liquid, to flour mixture; stir.

4Turn onto a floured board; knead 7 to 8 minutes.

5Let rise until double in bulk.

6Form rolls.

7Let rise and bake about 20 minutes at 375°.

8Makes about 2 dozen rolls.
