  • 6 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 pkg. RapidRise yeast
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 beaten eggs

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.

    Melt butter and heat liquid to 115°.

    Beat eggs and add, with liquid, to flour mixture; stir.

    Turn onto a floured board; knead 7 to 8 minutes.

    Let rise until double in bulk.

    Form rolls.

    Let rise and bake about 20 minutes at 375°.

    Makes about 2 dozen rolls.
