- 1 cake yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. oil or melted shortening
- 1 c. milk
- 4 to 5 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Break egg into cup and add sugar; fill the cup with oil. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.

2Combine with the egg, sugar and oil; mix thoroughly.

3Add the flour and milk alternately and make into a soft dough.

4Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready for use.

5Cut out and let rise for 1 hour before baking. Bake at 375°.
