- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 7 c. flour
Directions

1Soak 2 packages yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2While yeast soaks, combine sugar, Crisco and salt; pour 1 cup boiling water over ingredients.

3Add 1 cup flour and 1 cup cold water; let cool. When mixture is cool, add eggs.

4Add yeast to cooled mixture. Lastly add 7 cups flour to mixture.

5Place, covered, in refrigerator.

6Roll out and make rolls about 1 to 1 1/2 hours before baking, letting them rise until double in size.

7Bake in 400° to 425° oven until golden brown.
