  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

    Sprinkle with salt. Cover with wine and simmer until tender.
