- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 3 or 4 medium sized onions
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. macaroni
- 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- garlic to taste (3 or 4 pods)
- Mexene chili powder
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Put onions and garlic with meat; cook until done.

2When meat is nearly done, add about 2 tablespoons flour.

3Add tomato sauce, diluted (half and half).

4Add pepper seasonings, etc.

5Parboil macaroni until done.

6Put a layer of macaroni in pan; put meat on top of this.

7Slice cheese and put on top of meat.

8Then add more macaroni, layer of meat, then more cheese.

9Add sauce as needed. Bake in a 350° oven until bubbly.
