Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • 3 or 4 medium sized onions
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. macaroni
  • 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • garlic to taste (3 or 4 pods)
  • Mexene chili powder
  • cayenne pepper

Directions

    Put onions and garlic with meat; cook until done.

    When meat is nearly done, add about 2 tablespoons flour.

    Add tomato sauce, diluted (half and half).

    Add pepper seasonings, etc.

    Parboil macaroni until done.

    Put a layer of macaroni in pan; put meat on top of this.

    Slice cheese and put on top of meat.

    Then add more macaroni, layer of meat, then more cheese.

    Add sauce as needed. Bake in a 350° oven until bubbly.
