- 1 kg white flour
- 550 ml milk
- 10 grams dry yeast
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 10 grams salt
- 90 grams sugar
- 50 grams butter
- 1 liter vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix the sugar, salt, lemon zest, the flour and the dry yeast together in a big bowl.

2Heat the milk with the butter until the butter has melted.

3Pour them over the flour mixture.

4Add the yogurt and the beaten egg.

5Knead the dough 6-8 minutes.

6Leave it to leaven for one hour.

7Stretch the dough until it is 1 cm thick.

8Then cut it in circles with a champagne glass.
