  • 1 kg white flour
  • 550 ml milk
  • 10 grams dry yeast
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 10 grams salt
  • 90 grams sugar
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 liter vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix the sugar, salt, lemon zest, the flour and the dry yeast together in a big bowl.

    Heat the milk with the butter until the butter has melted.

    Pour them over the flour mixture.

    Add the yogurt and the beaten egg.

    Knead the dough 6-8 minutes.
