- 1 liter sour cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 liter milk
- 250 g butter
Directions

1Heat the milk and cream.

2In another pan melt the butter add the flour and make a roux.

3Using a balloon whisk slowly add the milk/cream beating well after each addition of milk so you have a lump free porridge.

4On a low heat cook the porridge for 10 minutes.

5Plate up and serve with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled ontop or dried fruits and nuts or strawberries.
