- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1 small onion
- 1 small pepper
- 2 plugs garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil meat in 1 cup water with bay leaf.

2When tender, put aside until cooled.

3Saute garlic, onion and pepper.

4Add tomato sauce.

5Simmer half hour.

6Shred meat into strings and put into tomato mixture.

7Add water from meat.

8Cool half hour more.
-
9Add salt and pepper.
-
10Serve with white rice.
