  • 3 lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence superior

    Return the water to the pot add sugar and lemon juice.

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Add the petals and cook on low slow flame until it reaches the boiling point.

    Lower flame and continue cooking and stirring constantly, making sure not to let it burn.
