- 10 None pesticide-free roses, petals removed and washed
- 5 tbsp Aperol
- 1 litre sweet white wine
- 1-2 tbsp rose water
- 75 cl sparkling dry white wine
Directions

1Pour the Aperol, white wine, rose water and rose petals into a punch bowl and leave to infuse for 1-2 hours. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling wine and add a little more rose water, if desired.
