  • 6 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Pat chicken dry.

    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika over chicken.

    Melt butter in saucepan.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake in 350° oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Serve over hot rice.
