- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary or more to taste
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Pat chicken dry.

2Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika over chicken.

3Melt butter in saucepan.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Pour over chicken.

6Bake in 350° oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

7Serve over hot rice.

8Do not add salt.
