- 2 fryers, cut up
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2/3 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Place chicken, skin side down, in single layer in buttered pan.

2Top with onion slices.

3Mix remaining ingredients in small saucepan; heat to boiling.

4Pour over chicken.

5Bake in hot oven at 400° for 30 minutes.

6Turn chicken skin side up.

7Baste with sauce in pan; continue baking, basting once or twice, for 30 minutes longer, until tender and richly glazed.

8(I remove skin before cooking.)
