- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 large boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Place chicken, skin side down in skillet with hot oil and sprinkle with seasonings.

2Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove to platter and keep warm.

3Discard oil in skillet and add lemon juice and 1/4 cup water to skillet.

4Heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet.

5Pour drippings over chicken.

6Garnish with fresh rosemary and lemon slices.
