- fresh rosemary sprigs
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- olive oil

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

3Cut a narrow wedge 2/3 through each potato.

4Insert a rosemary sprig and a sliver or two of garlic in each wedge.

5Drizzle a bit of olive oil in the opening, too.
