  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups whole almonds with skin

    Preheat the oven to 325°F. Beat the egg white until stiff. Fold in the rosemary and salt, then add the almonds. Spread on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and roast for 20 mins.
