- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In Dutch oven, in hot oil, brown chicken on all sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.

2Add bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water, onions and potatoes.

3Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes, until tender.

4Serve with green beans.
