- 3 medium white potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Shred the potatoes. Cook potatoes, onion and garlic in small amount of oil to brown slightly. Fry bacon until crisp. Put potato mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan. Crumble bacon over the top and slightly mix. Shred cheese over top.

2Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
