- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 2 onions
- 1 can tiny English peas
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can mushrooms (sliced)
Directions

1Season chicken in 2-quarts water.

2Cook until tender.

3Debone chicken. Cook vermicelli in broth. Saute peppers and onions in oleo.

4Mix all ingredients. Top casserole with can of Durkee onion rings. Bake at 325° until bubbly.
