- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 rib celery
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 chicken or 4 breasts
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 1 small can LeSueur peas
Directions

1In oleo saute green pepper, onion and celery.

2Add mushrooms, drained.

3Boil chicken or chicken breasts.

4Melt cubed Velveeta and add undrained Ro-Tel.

5Combine vegetables, cheese and cooked spaghetti.

6Mix in chopped chicken and LeSueur peas.

7Mix and bake, covered 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.

8Can be made ahead.
